Mugs

What sizes do the mugs come in?

At this time, all mugs are 15oz (425mL). If there is a notable demand for additional sizes, we may consider expanding our offerings in the future.

What material are the mugs made out of?

All mugs are ceramic coated with a glossy finish.

Are the designs and/or text displayed on the left, right, or both sides of the mugs?

The designs and/or text are displayed on both sides of the mugs to accommodate left and right handed users.

Will the designs and/or text on the mugs fade over time?

The designs and/or text on the mugs can safely withstand dishwashing and microwaving. To ensure your mugs retain their vibrant designs, avoid storing them in direct sunlight and wash your mugs by hand. When using a dishwasher, place the mug(s) in the top rack to reduce exposure to high heat.

I would like to purchase a mug to give to someone as a gift. Do you sell gift boxes?

Each mug comes in a single, ready-to-gift white box at no additional charge.

Are the additional items pictured with the mugs available for sale or do they come with my purchase?

The items pictured with the mugs are not available for sale and do not come with the purchase of a mug.

Shipping And Handling

Do you ship outside of the United States Of America?

We ship worldwide. If for some reason, you are experiencing any issues ordering from your country, please contact us using the form from the "Contact Us" link and let us know so we can rectify the issue(s).

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

How are the shipping and handling rates calculated?

Shipping and handling rates shown at checkout are based on the shipping method you choose, your address and the order’s weight and dimensions.

Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?

Although it is recommended that you place 1 order with all of the items that you would like to purchase, we can consolidate multiple orders into a single shipment if you contact us using the "Contact Us" form, and provide us with all of your order numbers. This must be done within 3 days of placing your first order as we aim to ship all orders within 3 days. Once an order has been assigned a tracking number, we can no longer combine it with other orders.

How long does it take for an order to be processed and shipped?

‭Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your order as part of the design process for all our mugs is done by hand. Please allow 2 additional business days for your order to be shipped.

Will my order come with a tracking number?

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once orders have shipped.

How do you pack the items securely to reduce the likelihood/prevent the items from being damaged during shipment?

In order to reduce the likelihood/prevent damage during shipment, each mug is shipped in two boxes with the outer box having a "fragile" and or "handle with care" stickers on the outer box. The mugs and the inner box are wrapped in bubble wrap.

Returns/Exchanges/Lost Items/Damaged Items

How many days do I have to return/exchange my item(s)?

We have a 7 day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be in the same condition that it was received in, unused, and in its original packaging when it arrives back to us.

How do I request a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at by using the form on the "Contact Us" page at: https://muggedbybritt.com/pages/contact. In the subject line of your email, please type "Request For The Return Of Order # (your order number)". In the body of the email, please provide a reason for the return.

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges for the original shipment to you and the shipment of the item back to us will not be refunded. If the item arrives back to us damaged, a refund will not be issued. Please make sure that the item is packaged securely to minimize damage during the return shipment.

Once my return request has been approved, when will my refund be issued?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. The 3 business days is not inclusive of the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

How do I request an exchange?

To request an exchange, you can contact us at by using the form on the "Contact Us" page at: https://muggedbybritt.com/pages/contact. In the subject line of your email, please type "Request For The Exchange Of Order # (your order number)". In the body of the email, please provide a reason for the exchange.

Exchanges are accepted on a case by case basis. If your exchange request is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange via email will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges for the original shipment to you and the shipment of the item back to us will not be refunded. If the item arrives back to us damaged, a refund will not be issued. Please make sure that the item is packaged securely to minimize damage during the return shipment. Once your exchange has been received and approved, we will issue a refund of the item price. Please make a separate purchase for the new item.

What happens if my package gets lost during shipping?

If your item does not arrive within the estimated timeframe of the shipping method you chose, please contact us and we will work with the postal company to help locate your order. If they are unable to locate your order after a week, we will issue a full refund. If you have been issued a full refund and do receive the item, please notify us so that you can pay for the order.

What happens if my item(s) get damaged during shipping or if I receive a defective or wrong item?

Contact us with your order number and photos of the item's condition within 24 hours of receving your order if the item is defective, was damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue. If approved, we will refund the full order amount, including the cost of shipping.

Can I return an e-gift cards?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on e-gift cards.

E-Gift Cards

Do e-gift cards expire?

E-gift cards never expire.

Will physical gift cards be available to purchase in the future?

At this time, we don't have any plans to sell physical gift cards, however, it is certainly something we would consider if there was enough interest for it.
