Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 business days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received in, unused, and in its original packaging when it arrives back to us.

To start a return request, you can contact us by using the form on the "Contact Us" page at: https://muggedbybritt.com/pages/contact. In the subject line of your email, please type "Request For The Return Of Order # (your order number)". In the body of the email, please provide a reason for the return.

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges for the original shipment to you and the shipment of the item back to us will not be refunded. If the item arrives back to us damaged, a refund will not be issued. Please make sure that the item is packaged securely to minimize damage during the return shipment.

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the item's condition if the item is defective, was damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue. If approved, we will refund the full order amount, including the cost of shipping.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on e-gift cards.


Exchanges

In the subject line of your email, please type "Request For The Exchange Of Order # (your order number)". In the body of the email, please provide a reason for the exchange.

Please make sure that the item is packaged securely to minimize damage during the return shipment. Once your exchange has been received and approved, we will issue a refund of the item price. Please make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. The 3 business days is not inclusive of the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
