Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your order as part of the design process for all our mugs is done by hand. Please allow 2 additional business days for your order to be shipped. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers and will be provided via email once orders have shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:‬

Shipping charges for‬‭ your order will be calculated and‬ displayed at checkout based on the shipping method you select.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:‬

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges for‬‭ your order will be calculated and‬ displayed at checkout based on the shipping method you select.

‬Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once‬ a shipment reaches your destination country. MuggedByBritt is not responsible for these‬ charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.‬
